Tim Hayes has been producing large scale live events and experiential activations in New York City, and around the U.S., since 1999. Prior to that, Tim toured the world managing productions and show budgets for performing artists including U2, Bruce Springsteen, Van Halen and Bon Jovi. From 1999 to 2006 Tim oversaw all broadcast productions and live events for ABC / The Walt Disney Company in Times Square.
Since 2006 he has been the preferred experiential consultant for ABC / The Walt Disney Company’s "Entertainment and Sports Marketing Division". In addition to that role, he serves as the government liaison and permit expeditor for leading production companies including GMR, TMA, Revolution, RelEvent and more. Tim has also managed numerous mall tours, college tours, concert tours and sport venue tours for brands that include AT&T, State Farm, Pepsi Co and Volvo of America.
Tim joined the APR team in early 2017 to guide key clients in finding monetary efficiencies while maximizing ROI. Other objectives include ensuring that downstream vendors present products with the highest possible standards while implementing best practices with reporting and data capture.
In 2015 Tim Hayes was one of only two people awarded a LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE by the International Special Event Society.
